SIXTY EIGHT
Dad turns 68 today. He now becomes a stay at home dad after his full retirement, which means no more extention. He said that he becoming more unhealthy by staying at home with nothing to do. His daily routine was to drive Abdul Rahman to school in the morning. After that, he will buy breakfast and do marketing. Returning home to read papers and a short nap before proceeding to fetch his only grandson back home. Throughout the afternoon till night, he will either catch up with sleep, control the remote with the cable vision, run errands or attend any community meetings and functions.
He does have thought of seeking a job but I strongly wants him to stay at home and enjoy the rest of his olden days. I feel that he had work hard enough for our comfortable life and contribute and sacrifice for the society.
