The year was 1999. we were excited to welcome him to this world. His existence was simply overwhelming. Since the 3 of us were all female, you could imagine how much my parents pampered and protected him.
He had grown up indeed...and today is his first day of school, his journey to the start of the making of his future. Not only his mum, his grandma also kept telling him the dos and don'ts in the primary school. Advises like to listen attentively in class, how to do deal with the bullies and buying the food in the canteen. I cannot blame on them, this is the first grandchild and the one and only grandson. He had his mum to chauffer him to school and his grandad to chauffer him back home. What a lucky boy!
